- Practice information: for providers, the public listing data you submit about your practice — address, phone, photos, services, accepted insurance.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.
- Payment data: if you upgrade to a Verified subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the directory — show you relevant clinics, deliver bookings, publish moderated reviews.
- To send transactional emails: booking confirmations, password resets, account notifications.
- To protect against abuse — rate-limiting, login throttling, fraud detection.
- To improve the service through aggregated analytics.
3. How We Share Information
- With the clinic you book: when you submit a booking request, we share your name, email, phone, preferred date, and message with that clinic only.
- Publicly visible content: approved reviews you leave (with the name you provide) appear on the clinic's public profile.
- Service providers: we use Stripe for payments, Hostinger for hosting, and an SMTP provider for transactional email. They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in when you log in. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and visitors notified.

No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Children's Privacy
Quick Dentist Finder is intended for users 18 years or older, or for parents and guardians searching for pediatric dental care on behalf of a minor. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Users
Our servers are operated in the regions our hosting provider deploys to. If you access the site from outside that region, your information may be transferred across borders. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
