Account & Privacy
Do you share my personal information with clinics?
Only the contact details you submit on a booking request (name, email, phone, message) are shared with the clinic you're booking with — and only that clinic. We never sell your data or share it with marketers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Booking & Appointments
How do I book an appointment with a dentist?
Search for a dentist by location, specialty, or name. On the clinic's profile page, click Book an Appointment, fill in your details and preferred date, and submit. The clinic receives your request immediately and confirms by email — usually within a few hours.
Is booking on Quick Dentist Finder free for patients?
Yes. Patients never pay Quick Dentist Finder anything to search, view profiles, leave reviews, or request appointments. Any treatment fees are billed directly by the clinic.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
If you have an account, sign in and go to My Bookings to see your request. To reschedule or cancel, contact the clinic directly using the phone or email on their profile — built-in rescheduling is on our roadmap.
For Dental Practices
How do I claim or list my dental practice?
Visit our provider sign-up page, fill in your practice details, and create your account. Our admin team reviews every new listing — once approved (usually within 24 hours) your practice is live on Quick Dentist Finder.
What does the Verified badge mean?
Verified practices are on an active paid subscription and have passed our identity check. Verified listings get priority placement in search results, a badge on their profile, and enhanced Google rich snippets. Upgrade in your provider dashboard under Get Verified.
Insurance & Costs
Can I search by insurance plan?
Yes — use the Insurance filter on the search page, or visit a dedicated insurance page such as /delta-dental-dentists, /cigna-dentists, or /aetna-dentists.
How accurate is the insurance information shown?
Insurance acceptance is self-reported by each clinic and reviewed during our verification process. We recommend confirming directly with the clinic before your appointment, especially for specialist procedures.
Reviews
Can I leave a review for a dentist?
Absolutely. Scroll to the Patient Reviews section on any clinic profile and fill in the form. We accept reviews from anyone with a real experience.
How long does it take for my review to appear?
Every review is moderated by our team to keep the directory trustworthy. Most reviews go live within 24–48 hours. We may reject reviews that contain profanity, identifying information about staff, or appear to be spam.
